SanTouBiao Air Conditioner is a professional Chinese manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales and after-sales service, focusing on air conditioner manufacturing. Our factory is located in Shipai Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. Covering a land area of over 20,000 square meters with a total construction area of approximately 30,000 square meters, our production base is equipped with intelligent production lines capable of an annual output of up to 1,600,000 air conditioning units.
Boasting 30 years of rich experience in the HVAC industry, we specialize in a comprehensive range of air conditioners, including split wall-mounted units, floor-standing air conditioners, dedicated kitchen air conditioners, industrial air conditioners and portable air conditioners. Our core compressors are sourced from reputable brands such as GREE and GMCC. We adopt mature core technologies from Japan and deploy advanced production lines imported from Japan to guarantee consistent product quality.
We operate four independent, specialized assembly lines. The Split Wall-mounted Air Conditioner Line produces household inverter and fixed-speed models ranging from 9k–24k BTU, suitable for residences, apartments and small offices, with automated vacuum pumping, refrigerant charging and full-unit aging testing. The Floor-standing Air Conditioner Line manufactures high-capacity commercial units with large airflow, ideal for shops, exhibition halls, living rooms and small meeting rooms, which can operate stably under T3 high ambient temperature conditions. The Special-purpose & Industrial Air Conditioner Line delivers oil-proof kitchen air conditioners and workshop industrial units featuring oil resistance, dust prevention, high temperature tolerance and stable long-duration continuous operation. The Portable Air Conditioner Line makes plug-and-play all-in-one mobile units without complicated installation, perfect for temporary spaces, rental houses and outdoor booths.
We set up our dedicated R&D team in 2023 by introducing high-end intelligent technologies and experienced industry specialists. We are able to develop and manufacture air conditioners with inverter and fixed-frequency systems, supporting R22, R32 and R410A refrigerants, to meet diverse standards of different countries and regions. The key technical indicators of our products have reached internationally advanced levels. Beyond air conditioners, our self-developed product portfolio also covers refrigerators, washing machines, freezers, kitchen appliances, water heaters and other home appliances.
Globally, we provide flexible business solutions including OEM and ODM customization for air conditioners, export of branded units, neutral unbranded machines and spare parts, as well as technical support for domestic and overseas HVAC engineering projects. We strictly implement full-process quality control and continuously optimize product performance to adapt to tropical and high-temperature working environments. We are actively expanding our global sales network and sincerely welcome overseas agents, distributors and engineering partners to build long-term win-win cooperation.
